How We Will Help You in the Home Ownership Process The truth is there is no one way of finding a home because everyone is different. Your needs will be different from another person's needs. So, as you read these steps remember that they are merely guidelines. You might spend less time, more time, or skip any given step. It all depends on YOUR needs and requirements. Search our Databases for your Next Home You can stop wasting your time searching for home listings. Register with us and the listings come to you via e-mail. Using criteria that you give us, we search the Vegas area Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database (includes Henderson, North Las Vegas, and surrounding areas) and our new homes database to find the homes that meet your basic requirements. Buyer's Consultation During this initial, no obligation, no pressure meeting we will answer any questions you may have, and discuss the buying process with you. It's your opportunity to get some practical information regarding your home search. We are flexible, we can do this meeting over the phone or at our offices. If our meeting goes well, and you feel you want to proceed with us, then we will enter into an exclusive buyer's agreement with you. Determine what to Preview You sit down with the initial list of homes, and tell us which ones you want to preview. You might be thinking, "How do I know what to preview?" Well, we look at the detailed information that is available about the homes, and determine from their descriptions which homes look good (at least on paper).Why look at a home that is a "fixer-upper," if you want a home that is "move in" ready? Preview Homes The number of homes you look at is up to you. There is no magic number. Also, we are full service MLS REALTORS which means that we can show and sell you ANY home listed on MLS. We won't just take you to our office's listings - we will show you ANY listing that meets your needs The Offer & Negotiations We will do a market analysis to assist you in determining an offer price. This market analysis allows you to see what similar homes in the area sold for in recent months. This allows you to make an informed decision as to what you want to offer for your next home. Then, we will present the offer, and negotiate the contract on your behalf. The goal: to get you the best deal possible. After the Contract Once the contract is finalized, there is still much to do. Inspections need to be scheduled, financing finalized, walk throughs, design center, etc. We don't abandon you after the contract is signed. Closing Congratulations!
