Sun City Aliante - North Las Vegas Age Restricted Community Sun City Aliante is a beautiful active adult community located in North Las Vegas. The Aliante Golf Club is located within steps of the Sun City community center. The Aliante golf course meanders through the Sun City Aliante community. This beautiful 14 hole golf course has garnered many awards from best new golf course (Vegas Golfer Magazine, 2004) to one of the most friendly golf clubs in Vegas (Golf Tips Magazine, 2006). This is a public golf course. North Las Vegas residents receive reduced preferred rates. Las Vegas residents receive reduced rates as well. If you are hungry don't forget to visit Aliante Grill. This casual eating establishment is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sun City Aliante offers three collections of homes: Wildflower, Cypress, and Preserve. Homes feature different exterior designs, flat tile roofs, and front coach lights at garage. All homes are energy efficient with low E windows and coccon insulations systems. Interiors feature ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths, entry, and laundry areas. The kitchens are equipped with Corian countertops, GE appliances (including built in microwave), and Merillat cabinets with concealed hinges and roll-out tray. The Heather model is part of the Wildflower Collection. It has 1155 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room, covered patio, and a two car attached garage. The picture shows Elevation B (additional charge) which has some stone at the front. Elevation A features all stucco exterior with less of a roof line in front.

The great room of the Heather model is a comfortable size. It looks out over the covered patio. There is plenty of room for a sectional and large screen television. The ceilings are flat and 9 feet throughout the home. Carpet is the standard floor covering. You can also upgrade the flooring.

The kitchen features two windows over the sink area, a nice sized panty, and a nook area (perfect for a small table). This is an open airy kitchen which looks over the great room area. Recessed lighting, GE appliances (excluding refrigerator), ceramic tile flooring, Merillat oak cabinets, and Corian countertops are standard. The Sage model is part of the Wildflower Collection. It has 1239 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living and dining area, covered patio, and a two car attached garage. The picture shows Elevation A (standard). Elevation B is also available as an upgrade and features stone accents at the front of the home.

The Sage model has an entry foyer which leads to the combination living and dining room area which looks out over the covered patio. This area has carpet as its standard flooring. You have easy access from the kitchen to the dining area through the pass through window.

The kitchen has plenty of counter space, a nice window, and good sized panty. The washer/dryer is also located just off the kitchen area in its own area.

The Primrose model is part of the Wildflower Collection. It has 1424 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great room with dining area, covered patio, and a two car attached garage. The picture shows Elevation B (option). Elevation A is standard with a stucco exterior.

The Primrose model features a combination great room and dining room area. The great room area has a media niche that will fit a good sized television. This area has carpet as its standard flooring. This great room and dining area is a very spacious area. Most residents have choosen to put their main dining table in the kitchen nook area and leave the dining area open.

The Laurel model is part of the Cypress Collection. It has 1576 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, den, 2 baths, great room, nook, covered patio, and a two car attached garage. This model also offers a casita as an option. The casita is approximately 13' x 13' and also has a walk in closet and full bath. The picture shows Elevation A (standard) with a casita option. Elevation B (upgrade) has stone accents.

If you choose the casita option it creates a nice courtyard just outside your front door.

The great room overlooks the back patio (which runs the half width of the back of the home) and is separated from the dining area by a small pony wall.

The kitchen is long and spacious. It has plenty of counter space, a great panty, and gives you easy access to the dining room and nook areas.

The Helena model is part of the Preserve Collection. It has 1920 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, den, 2 baths, family room, nook, dining area, covered patio, and a two car attached garage. This plan has three exterior elevation options. The picture shows Elevation B (upgrade). Elevation C (upgrade) has stone accents and Elevation A (stucco) is all stucco.

This plan is very popular because of the spacious family room and dining area. This room as plenty of light from the rows of windows which overlook the covered patio. There is plenty of space to put all of your toys in this room. It is an excellent place to entertain family and friends.

The kitchen is spectacular. It has an island and a nook area. Two nice big windows make sure that the kitchen is never dark or dreary.

The master bedroom is one of the biggest available in the community. It has plenty of room for a king sized bed and chairs for relaxing.

The Coronado model is part of the Preserve Collection. It has 2105 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, library (option third bedroom), 2 baths, great room, nook, covered patio, and a two car attached garage. This plan has three exterior elevation options. The picture shows Elevation C (upgrade) with stone accents and optional courtyard walls. Elevation B (upgrade) has stucco accents and Elevation A (stucco) is all stucco.

The Coronado has the most impressive kitchen of the floorplans. It also features a nook and computer desk area.

The great room is very bright and airy. It gives you easy access to the kitchen area.
